The challenge
Third Vision AI needed more than a model demo. Triple Crown Intelligence (designed by Third Vision AI) had to sit in a live logistics environment, where an autonomous system can recommend an action and a human still holds authority at the moment of execution.

The outcome
TCI (designed by Third Vision AI) moved from concept to an operational sandbox with Third Vision AI, SK Crystals, and AAA Logistics, with execution governance in the loop rather than a policy document on the shelf.
